Content Removal Policy
We have a strong policy against non-consensual production and/or distribution of any individual's image, voice or likeness (including without limitation unauthorized or unconsented to videos, audio recordings or images, doxing, blackmail, exploitation, revenge porn etc.) If you believe the Site, is exhibiting, selling, offering or disseminating material in which you are depicted, and which you did not provide your consent for public dissemination, purchase or download by others, or for which you have revoked your consent, please email [email protected] immediately for removal.
Content Removal & Complaints Appeals Policy
1. Right to Appeal
If you disagree with a decision made regarding a complaint or content removal, you have the right to request a one-time appeal. This appeal must be submitted within 30 days of receiving notification of our initial decision.
2. Appeal Process
- Submission: Please submit your appeal via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Appeal".
- Requirements: Your appeal must include:
- Your contact information.
- A copy of the original complaint/content removal decision.
- Detailed reasons why you believe the decision was in error, including any supporting evidence.
- Review: A member of our team not involved in the original decision will review the appeal. You will be notified of the outcome within 15 business days.
3. Final Dispute Resolution (Neutral Body)
If the appeal process does not resolve the disagreement to your satisfaction, both parties agree that the final dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration by a neutral third party, such as a mutually agreed-upon mediator or arbitrator.
- Cost Allocation: The costs associated with this neutral body, including fees and administrative expenses, shall be borne exclusively by the Merchant (us).
- Binding Nature: The decision reached by the neutral body shall be final and binding.
